Casa Maravilla will accommodate adults 55 years and over by providing studio, one and two bedroom apartments at affordable monthly rates:

Casa Maravilla brings exciting opportunities for older adults in the community with the opening of a City of Chicago Department of Family and Support Services Senior Satellite Center on the first floor of the building. The Senior Satellite Center will provide Casa Maravilla tenants and surrounding neighbors  55 years and over with health education, exercise classes, speakers and group field trips. Seniors can also take advantage of the Golden Diners Program, which serves hot nutritious meals for adults age 60 and over. The Golden Diners program provides another opportunity for community members to meet and build relationships with their neighbors.
