Leadership Development & Civic Engagement

TRP's work around the formation and development of community leadership and active civic engagment includes a commitment to:

• Provide opportunities for leadership roles in the community through churches, block clubs, and other venues,
• Create space and environment for community residents to discuss public issues that are part of their self-interest,
• Work with leaders to develop their own public actions on issues affecting their community,
