TRP clients receive one-on-one financial counseling

In one-on-one counseling sessions, counselors work with individuals and families to identify appropriate short- and long-term goals, and work with them on implementation.  In the case of mortgage delinquency, TRP provides counseling to help mitigate the family's loss and protect their assets, often by acting as a go-between with the lender to assist negotiation of new terms for the borrower.  Not sure what kind of loan you have?  Think you may be able to get a mortgage with a lower interest rate?  Set up an appointment to have a financial counselor review your loan documents confidentially, and at no cost to you.  All sessions with Financial Counselors are confidential and free of charge.  For more information, call (312) 666-1323 or email homes@resurrectionproject.org.
