New Murals Unveiled at TRP

Students with Pros Arts Studio spent their summer with paints and buckets out on the plaza re-painting the sides of the TRP buildings with bright new murals.  Through a partnership between Pros Arts and After School Matters, dozens of students spent many a humid hour outside the TRP campus painting various panels on the Centro Familiar Guadalupano (CFG) child care center, TRP offices, and old St. Vitus church.  This is Phase One of the mural revitalization plan - Phase Two, with support from

LISC, will restore our historic “Juego de Pelota” and popular “La Virgen de Guadalupe” murals.  Phase Two will also see the work finished on CFG and paint new murals on the south wall of the St. Vitus building, future home of a community cultural center.
